Instructions for Student Presentations
At the end of the course, students will give a brief presentation in a small group format laying out a plan to develop a neurotherapeutic based on what they have learned during the course. Often the specific project is related to the project described in the student's course application but this is not required. The presentation should have general organization as follows:
Slide 1 – Project title, student name, institution
Slide 2 – Disease background, unmet needs, therapeutic objective
Slide 3 – Key preliminary data that support the approach
Slide 4 – Target Product Profile
Slide 6,7 – Specific tasks to advance therapeutic to IND
Slide 8 – Potential problems and solutions; other considerations
